I always wanted to do this because I have tried a lot of different types of supplements before, but no-one ever talked about the nutritional benefits of these herbs. So, I wanted to write about the most important things that I found when I started researching.
The herbs that I love most are: Chamomile (Helichrysum), Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia) and Echinacea stramonium (Stramonium album). I started this blog because I'm always curious about what's in my food and I want to know if I am doing everything possible to make sure that I get all of the nutritional benefits from my supplements. I also like to use natural ingredients. I can't help but notice that it's not always as natural as it seems. If there are no natural ingredients, and just chemicals, then it's better than nothing. I do my best to choose natural ingredients that will benefit my health. Also, I like to learn about new foods and to have a healthy lifestyle. I always keep an eye on my health so I can make the best decisions for myself. I also take it as a challenge to help others do the same. It's also a way to build a connection with others. I have a lot of friends, family, and people I know in my life and I want them to know about the benefits of taking this product.
